Executive Assistant to the CEO - up to $95K

Our client, a dynamic venture capital firm, is on the lookout for a talented Executive Assistant to support their powerhouse CEO. In this direct hire role, you'll be essential to the CEO's operations. With your adept multitasking abilities, you'll be able to prioritize tasks and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This position offers the chance to work alongside industry leaders and pave the way for a rewarding career in the venture capital landscape.

About the Job:

• Collaborate daily with the CEO's primary EA, and serve as coverage as needed.
• Assist with the CEO's calendar and scheduling; preparing travel itineraries and meeting coordination.
• Correspond with clients daily regarding meeting coordination and hospitality opportunities.
• Prepare meeting materials and presentations, format deliverables, and manage expenses.
• Complete additional tasks and special projects as needed.

About You:

• 7+ years of executive support experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with coordinating international/domestic travel and scheduling across time zones.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, organizational, customer service, and multitasking skills.

About the Position

• $85K-$95K DOE
• Hours are 8:00am-5:30pm
• 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
