RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Finance Director in Boston, Massachusetts (MA).Summary:The client is an asset management company, this an opportunity to work for a great company with extremely smart and talented employees. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote.Responsibilities include:- Finance Director will manage operations and administrative activities
- Responsible for carry, vesting, and profit and loss allocations
- Prepare fair market value reporting
- As a Finance Director, you will prepare tax estimates and tax books
- Mentor junior staff
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in the financial service industry
- Understanding of investments and partnerships
- Public accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong managerial skills
- CPA is preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
