This is a hybrid position - 3 days in Racine, WI or New Holland, PA location / 2 days remote

Responsibilities

• Continuous financial oversight & control (suggestion/discussion on Operations and Risks)
• Analysis and input on business proposals coordinating and collaborating with different business areas.
• Tracking of the actions/initiatives identified for product quality improvements.
• Participate in both functional and regional business leader meetings to review business results, identify gaps for improvements, discuss and track status of current projects and initiative using key performance indicators (KPI's) and financial metrics as required.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand impact, both positives and risks from a financial or customer perspective of proposed Campaigns.
• Involvement in special projects including but not limited to Stage 5 emissions warranty segregation in North America (NA), Australia/New Zealand and Europe (ANZANZ/EU) extended warranty analysis. Strategic pricing of emissions-relevant components
• Annual Salary for this position is $71,000.00 - $102,000.00 plus annual variable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Management or other Business or Finance/Accounting discipline
• 6+ years of experience in Engineering, Accounting, or Financial Planning and Analysis
