RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client is seeking to hire a Financial Analyst in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin (WI).Summary:Our client in the Cottage Grove area is looking for a Financial Analyst. This position will provide financial analysis, planning and reporting services and to support the sales and the operations organizations. You will support the strategies and development of our business units and/or operations with sound financial insights together with interpretive and predictive analysis to allow decision-making.Responsibilities include:- Provide Finance, Sales, and Operations Management with interpretive and predictive financial information
- Financial Analyst provides sales support, including, but not limited to strategic pricing, cost analyses, and ad-hoc requests
- Complete all month-end close activities including JE, accruals/reclasses and cost center statements
- Coordinate follow-up actions identified during month-end finance close meeting and ensure these are completed timely
- Financial Analyst will lead costing function for sites, through regular review as well as annual cost roll
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of financial and/or accounting experience; Manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience working with financial reporting tools and/or Business Intelligence reporting tools like Power BI is preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
