Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent attendance
- Appropriate following of safety rules
- Conform to safe work practices
- Maintain an orderly work environment
- Communicate well with others
- Basic computer skills
Job Tasks:
- Operate the foam machine
- Check cup weight of the latex
- Adjust latex bar for proper height to apply right amount of latex
- Watch for holes and pulled mends
- Maintain Supervisor informed of any issues encountered.
- Perform other task as needed by supervisor.
