Yakima Valley College seeks an innovative full-time Business Instructor who is active and accomplished in their discipline, has a record of successful teaching or related experience, and is committed to community college students and their success. This is a full-time, special faculty (non-tenure track) position, with an anticipated start of September 16, 2024. This position is primarily in person with some hybrid and online assignments as required.
Reporting to the Dean - Workforce Education, the Business Instructor in partnership with the Business Department Faculty will be responsible for teaching within the Business Department as assigned. The applicant must be able to develop equity-minded practices within an educational environment, participate on internal and external committees, develop course curricula, and collaborate within the Business Department and many disciplinary areas at YVC.
