Role: Senior Full Stack Developer - PHP

Location: Wilsonville, OR - hybrid

Annual Compensation: $115-$125K

Position Purpose:

The Senior Full Stack Software Developer performs both front-end and back-end programming and troubleshooting tasks. This role supports websites, computer systems, middleware, and databases, working closely with other IT team members to ensure systems and software solutions function as expected. It is a role of significant responsibility and trust.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Ensure technology solutions meet business requirements, industry standards, and leverage emerging technologies.
• Complete projects from conception to final product, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ensure cross-platform functionality and optimization across the entire technology stack.
• Evaluate user needs and analyze technical issues to develop highly functional systems.
• Stay updated on the latest best practices, utilizing standardized frameworks and coding standards.
• Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
• Collaborate with the Web team to ensure the functionality of all externally facing systems, including the corporate website and extranet.
• Work with the jBASE PICK team to ensure the functionality of the database, programs, and automated tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated by team members, internal customers, external partners, and critical systems, including implementing and deploying emergency fixes.
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
• Interface with IT service, software, and hardware companies in support of business-critical systems.
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate software systems; provide input to the IT Architect for the maintenance of policies and procedures.
• Utilize servers, networks, phones, applications, PCs, printers, and other IT services to perform job duties.
• Develop and manage workflows to support and enhance IT infrastructure and operations with clear and concise goals and objectives.
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Senior-level programming experience using PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, Git; design and development of APIs, JSON, bash shell scripting.
• Willingness to learn PICK Multi-Value Databases (specifically jBASE).
• Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of IT-related functions, including server hardware, network design, implementation and operation, security, telecommunications, databases, and storage systems.
• Demonstrates technical leadership and decision-making skills with a proven track record of completing tasks and projects on schedule.
• Advanced working knowledge of RedHat- and Debian-based Linux server operating systems and UNIX.
• Advanced working knowledge of virtual machines (Proxmox, VMWare) and network-attached storage (TrueNAS).
• Advanced working knowledge of the Apache web server, network routing, and IP-based phone systems.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office365/Exchange), infrastructure planning experience, and disaster recovery.
