Job Title: General Labor - Production - nights
Manager Title: Production Manager - Nights
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Summary:
The General Labor position supports many different tasks in a manufacturing environment.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Completes break out of material from laser systems.
- Assists in warehouse to pull parts or put them away, as needed.
- Manages 5S housekeeping in the production area.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must also be reliable and willing to work as part of a team.
- Must be quality and safety driven.
- Any warehouse skills and experience are a plus.
- Prior experience with 5S and Continuous Improvement is a plus; however, this will be trained.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Crane and forklift experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
- Most work performed standing at floor level.

- This position is hourly, non-exempt.
- This is a second shift position. Hours for this position are 4:30p - 3:00a, Sunday - Wednesday. Some overtime is required.
