LOCATION: Remote ( Tampa, FL)
DURATION: 06Months
Role: Temporary Attorney, 5-7 years of exp, licensed to work in any US state.
Preferred Experience:
* Experience working in-house.
* Regulatory work and financial sector experience.
* Experience in intellectual property and technology transactions.
Qualifications:
* 5-7 years of relevant legal experience.
* Ability to engage with stakeholders and complete assignments quickly and effectively in a fast paced environment, with minimal supervision.
* Strong analytical, writing and organizational skills.
Juris Doctorate Degree.
* An active license to practice law in any US state.
