Position Summary

To oversee all activities involved in PRO Service Center 's operations. Operate a profitable facility to meet or exceed plan. Maintain an overall high employee & customer service level while meeting all quality and ESH requirements
Essential Responsibilities

Grow the business by developing and implementing strategic plans. Responsible for financial performance of operations.- Review and approve estimation preparation and quotations prior to submission.- Development and implementation operational initiatives.- Responsible to manage the facility quality plan and procedures to ensure compliance with the company's directives and Customer satisfaction every time.- Responsible for customers' satisfaction, and On-Time Performance.- Effectively manage all corporate assets entrusted to facility.- Manage Employee Relations issues including performance plans, training and development.- Manage all environmental, health and safety issues.This position requires visibility to controlled documents
Position Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, or Industrial Management, or Business Administration is preferred. Associates degree in a related discipline is required.

Experience: 5+ years' experience in a Manufacturing Management, overseeing aftermarket production/repair/test of high spec, engineered to order valves, pumps, mixers, compressors or similar equipment; Demonstrated experience and direct responsibility for the accountability of a $2M-$5M P&L is required ; 2-5 years direct supervision of shop personnel required
