Overview

  • Job Summary / Overview
    Lead & Deploy initiatives to improve the logistics process that impact the Employee Experience and support on optimizing reverse logistic process.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to improve employee experience through and effective logistics process (Procurement, Helpdesk, Facilities, Training other relevant teams)
  • Accountable to manage the employee logistics performance and create ways to reduce costs
Responsibilities
  • Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)
    Map the existing employee logistics process (onboarding, transfers and leavers)
  • Create KPIs and targets related with timelines and deliverables. Provide accurate weekly/monthly inventory projections to the Board/Finance or Define supply chain performance metrics for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Teamwork.
  • Designs & continuously improve global management processes for the entire network
  • Leads cross functional teams through standardized launch management tools and processes to deliver launch execution and achieve overall business objectives for the program
  • Whilst respecting sound principles and processes, challenge the traditional processes, seek to emulate where appropriate the best logistic practices from different countries by adopting solutions and tailoring them to the different market needs
  • Decisions Expected
  • Define the global guideline processes to be used to onboard new employees, support employee transfers and control the reverse logistics for leavers when it concerns to the technical readiness and logistics
  • Define performance and quality KPIs for the entire network
  • Recommendations Expected
  • Align processes with different teams to improve the systems and the overall process
  • Collect and share the best practices across the multiple countries to enhance the existing global guidelines
  • Define the best practices to support Employee technical readiness and logistics
Qualifications
  • Education and Specific Training
  • Diploma or master's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, and management
  • Work Experience
  • At least 5+ years supply chain management experience.
  • Proven ability to successfully lead large complex programs is required
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams is required
  • Special Certifications
  • Logistics related certification or diploma (JIT)
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt certified desired
  • Project Management
  • Technical Skills
  • A minimum 4 years of progressive relevant work experience in service industry or logistics related
  • Subject Matter Expert on Logistics
  • Subject matter expert of online systems such as asset management, software management
  • Ability to generate and analyses various performance metrics using Excel and other reporting tools
  • Able to perform duties with minimal work direction
  • A high degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology in the workplace
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization
  • The ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environment
  • A demonstrated willingness to engage in professional development activities to develop and improve new and current skills, and to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization
