This is a hybrid role based out of Denver, Colorado or Leawood, Kansas. You will need to be in-office 2-3 times per week.

The Global Technology Solutions Administrator will assist with the maintenance Desktop & Hardware infrastructure across the enterprise. The Global Technology Solutions Administrator is responsible for the Patching/Imaging, VDI/AWS Desktop Environment, Endpoint Software Management, Enterprise mobility, Solution Architecture, Cloud Applications, IAM Administration, Endpoint Security MGM & MDM management, and tier 3 & 4 Support. As well as on-premise environments, The Global Technology Solutions Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of several Cloud platforms, such as Office365, Jamf, Intune and others. This includes installing, supporting, and maintaining hardware, software, infrastructure, and systems - as well as recommending new solutions to keep our internal technology at the cutting edge. The ideal candidate will have Desktop Architecture experience with substantial experience in Desktop infrastructure design, implementation, operations, and administration.

How You'll Make an Impact:

    • Assume responsibility for hardware and software necessary to deliver Desktop Architecture services
    • Perform analysis of IT Desktop infrastructure needs and maintain infrastructure services within SLA requirements
    • Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues
    • Ensure a secure and responsible desktop infrastructure including the implementation of security best practices
    • Help suggest best-practice methodologies for tier 3/4 resolution to support a global production environment based on metric based KPIs
    • Work on Global Technology Solutions projects
    • Collaborate productively and with integrity to achieve and deliver results
    • Provide constructive performance-shaping feedback to individuals and groups regarding the quality and effectiveness of work
    • Take personal responsibility and honor commitments
    • Provide training, mentorship and ongoing support of infrastructure best practices to all IT stakeholders
    • Serve as a technical expert in field of Global Technology Solutions
    • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Success:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
    • 3-5 or more years of Information Technology management experience preferred
    • 3-5 or more year if inventory and asset management experience is preferred
    • ITIL v3 certification and experience preferred
    • Ability to help develop budget/P&L for the department
    • Proficient with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, MS Project, Visio and Outlook
    • Adept in planning, leading change and multi-tasking
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and work prioritization skills required
    • Able to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals and detailed process documentation
    • Detail-oriented, thorough and quality oriented


    • Must have:
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
    • Ability to travel up to 10%
    • Must have valid driver's license
    • Ability to work greater than 40 hours per week as needed
    • Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
    • Bonus: 6% - 8%
