Your Opportunity

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Government Contract Controller / Accounting Manager in Lynchburg, VA (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Framatome Government Solutions Business Line in the Corporate Business Unit.

This position is responsible for managing the financial resources and obligations of a small to moderate size government contracting business and providing related financial services, support, and consultation to management. Reviews contracts, prepares budgets and reports and maintains records to assure compliance with Government Cost Accounting Standards. Prepares fiscal input to assist in determining or adjusting the strategic direction and management of the business. You'll use your experience to coordinates outside audits with outside independent auditors and regulatory agencies (DCAA) and oversee the preparation of required items. You'll submit government billing rates to the respective contracting officer(s) or auditors to meet the requirements of FAR 42.704 "Billing Rates" and prepare and review incurred cost submissions (ICS) and forward pricing rates, support the completion of Representations and Certifications (Reps & Certs) and other financial forms as required.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $127,000 - $173,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
