Florida Atlantic University is seeking several Graduate Student Athletic Facilities, Boca Raton, FL.

This position provides the unique opportunity to gain a hands-on experience from behind the scenes of all Florida Atlantic athletic events. The incumbents will gain event operations experience, assist in the execution of all gameday tasks as well as maintaining all athletic facilities on campus. The Event Management and Facilities Department is seeking hard-working, dedicated individuals interested in pursuing a career in event management, operations management, facilities management. Qualified applicants may have or be pursuing a degree in event, facilities or operations management, or other related fields.

Summary of Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with home event management of assigned sports.
• Facility set-up and breakdown for home events.
• Greeting and hosting visiting teams and officials.
• Scheduling sport program practice times.
• Processing and managing facility rental contracts.
• Reporting and tracking facility maintenance issues.
