Marsh is hiring for a Head of Fiduciary Operations for our North American Region.
What you can expect:

  • Delivering the target operating model for Fiduciary operations including People, Process and Location design
  • Performance management of full time employees including facilitation of annual performance review, bonus and goal/objective setting
  • Work with Business leaders to drive improvements to Process resulting in improved KPI's with a focus on client service
  • Accountability for management of core Fiduciary KPIs - Time to Invoice (TTI) and Days Receivables Outstanding (DRO)
  • Understand and manage DRO levers to deliver a sustained improvement in regions DRO
  • Responsibility and oversight of Credit Control and Invoicing activities within region
  • Collaborate with partners in Controllership and Finance to ensure all necessary Financial & Regulatory controls are adhered to
  • Work with colleagues across Global Fiduciary Operations to transform the function driving best practice, focused on both Client & Business outcomes
  • Analyze and deliver focused management information to Global stakeholders when required
  • Oversee consolidation/enhancements to existing technology and explore new solutions

What you need to have:
  • Good understanding of operational excellence with the ability to coach colleagues to implement strategies and manage change
  • Experience of leading a large scale Fiduciary or Customer Accounts operation, with a good understanding of the work
  • Experience of leading and driving transformation / change at scale and pace - for the next 2 years there will be a strong Transformation focus to this role
  • Experience of leading virtual teams, across onshore & offshore locations
  • Experience working in a Regulated environment
  • Ability to build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders throughout all levels and functions of the organization
  • Strong leader with effective communication and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Quantitative, fact-based approach to decision making
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and commercial mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
