Long Prairie Packing LLC, an American Foods Group company, has an opportunity for a Health Services Assistant at our Long Prairie facility. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a dedication to quality.

As a Health Services Assistant, you will:

• Lead pre-shift health screenings.
• Assist with translations in Health Services.
• Assist with employee cares as needed.
• Translate for physical therapy.
• Conduct hearing tests.
• Complete filing and data entry.
• Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and abide by HIPAA law.
• NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English and Spanish (speak, read, and write).
• Demonstrate a passion for learning and a willingness to build new skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Computer Skills.
• CNA or similar training.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
