Opportunity to work with a local General Contractor who is rapidly growing and expanding their team. They are looking to add a Superintendent to oversee their $10M healthcare project in Pinellas Park that will last around 15 months.

Your new role

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising the construction on the field to make sure the project is completed within budget and on schedule all in coordination with the Project Manager. You will need to provide leadership on site to manage the schedule, subcontractors, safety and more. Experience working with RFIs, submittal, scheduling and reading plans is a must have.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of construction experience
  
• Ability to oversee projects from the ground-up
  
• Experience with healthcare and ACHA projects is a plus
