Perform end of line checks and/or testing on finished goods to ensure functionality and completeness to specification. Perform required rework and repair activities to remedy quality issues or defects to nonconformance
Responsibilities
As an Final Assembly EFT Repair, you will assemble purchased and fabricated parts, weldments, and sub-assemblies to produce a wide variety of attachments and non-hydrostatic operated basic units to prescribed specification. You will also be making mechanical adjustments and performing minor rework to the product.
Responsible for carrying out instructions and assignments given the employee by his supervisor in an efficient manner
Ability to work from blueprints, process sheets, check sheets, photo books, and supervisor instructions; and assists with standardizing the process.
Position, install, attach, apply parts per general procedures and to specified quality requirements
Make adjustments as required to detail parts and components to permit proper assembly
Has level three knowledge of a minimum of five stations.
Adheres to company safety policies and practices along with submitting unsafe acts/conditions and driving improvement. demonstrates 5S principles.
Submit suggestions and participate with quick kaizens.
Use of AM tags, Alstar, and Quality Gate data to drive improvement.
Responsible for housekeeping, 5S, and workplace organization for the area.
Dismantle parts and sub assemblies from the unit to make necessary repairs, re-assemble and attach to the unit.
Performs other duties as assigned by lead person or department team leader.
