Position Summary:
As a High Jump/K. Motion WMS Business Analyst on our team you'll play a part ensuring we're building a state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System that can handle our growing warehouse operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Development using proprietary development tools and T-SQL
• Participate in root cause analysis and resolution activities for found defects
• Design scalable solutions with 24x7 availability in mind
• 24x7 on-call support based on rotating schedule
• Follow internal SLDC processes
• Support day-to-day operations
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%

Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of High Jump/Motion WMS software experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or distribution required
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Advantage Architect, Webwise Page Editor, SSRS, Bartender, and T-SQL
• Experience with the aspects of relational database design, development, troubleshooting and tuning
• Zebra printers, scanners, and handheld computers

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Windows server administration and printer administration
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with various internal teams
• Strong technical problem solving with good business acumen
• Ability to interpret complex back-end business logic, deconstruct it, and enhance it

Exempt Salary Details

The annual base salary range for this role is $95,900 to $159,900. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.

Functional Description

Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

  • Possesses advanced knowledge of technical principles and theories. Recommends solutions in support of functional objectives tied to overall company objectives and strategies.

  • Demonstrates significant technical expertise, collaboration with others and independent thought. Anticipates potential complex problems requiring an in-depth evaluation. Demonstrates strategic thinking and commercial/industry understanding in functional projects.

Judgement

  • Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other colleagues.

Experience and Education

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Masters degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.
