Purpose of Job:

Refurbish and deliver batteries to dealers on a timely basis. Assist in maintaining a well-stocked and organized warehouse.

Job Components:

• Deliver batteries on a timely basis and providing excellent customer service. (50%)
  
• Load and unload batteries
  
• Restock batteries
  
• Charge, clean, date and rewrap rotations
  
• Charge, test, clean, and date-adjust batteries
  
• Accurately complete reports and claims
  

Qualifications:

• Must have and maintain a current, valid drivers license and clean driving record
  
• Must be able to pass DOT physical
  
• Must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklift
  
• Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle
  
• Ability to interact with customers
  
• Ability to read, write, and do simple math.
  

Scope Data:

• Works under regular supervision and guidance
  

Work Environment:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a repetitive basis
  
• Warehouse environment, may be exposed to temperature extremes and battery acid
