HR Assistant

Beacon Hill is seeking an HR Assistant who is seeking to kick off their HR career. If you have an interest in kicking off your HR career and have some background within HR, Beacon Hill would like to partner with you!

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and coordinate all talent acquisition
• Tours of the facility for potential applicants
• Conduct new hire orientation, training and answer all new hire questions
• Create and revise job descriptions
• Implement HR policies and procedures
• Employee relations communication with all employees
• Assist with benefits open enrollment, including but not limited to working with third party vendors
• Conduct exit interviews and process termination paperwork
• Provide additional administrative support to the administrative department including part-time front desk coverage
• Working with hiring managers to discuss forecast and upcoming needs
• I-9 audit review as needed

Requirements:

Bachelors in HR or relevant work experience
