Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist for a direct hire opportunity with our client located in La Port, Texas. Our client is adding to their team as a result of growth. This position will be responsible for managing human resource issues related to training, payroll, recruitment, compliance and employee relations for an international company. This role is responsible for responding to employee concerns. You will also have the ability to provide strategic input to inprove and streamline business processes.

Qualifications needed:

• Bachelors degree in Business or Human Resources
• 3-5 years experience in human resources in a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing employee relations in sometimes difficult and fast-paced environments
• Payroll experience
• Advanced knwledge of USA/Canada regulations and compliance
• Ability to research employee issues based on regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication skills
• Expert English skills- Spanish and/or French preferable
• Advanced knowledge of applying policy, procedures and interpretation of guidelines
• MS Suite, Payroll Software, Outlook and ERP systems
