Role Overview:

As an HR Project Manager, you will lead an exciting project to take our new performance management system from the RFP stage through to implementation. Your expertise in project, stakeholder and change management will be instrumental in the success of the transformation of our objective setting and performance process. This contract role offers the potential for permanent opportunities within the organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders in human resources and business functions.
  • Develop project plans and oversee all project activities on a day-to-day basis to ensure Performance and OKR system progress is on schedule and within budget.
  • Serve as interface between the business stakeholders and the IT team. Effectively communicate project expectations, progress and changes
  • Apply project management methodology and enforce project standards.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Drive key meetings with business teams.
  • Track project lessons learned and share with team members.
  • Provide regular status updates for ongoing projects.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and complete.

What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, including experience leading implementation of HR systems to successful completion, providing direction, guidance and motivation.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Proven ability to effectively build, foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to leverage prior experience to build, run and maintain a project management process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PMP certification is a plus.
