The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, ability to present to audiences at all levels in the organization and a demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal teams. They will have or be able to grow into an expert process mapping/discussion facilitator and have business unit engagement skills. They will also have or grow into low level automation, project management, and have a history of implementing sustained improvements in industry using Continuous Improvement techniques (preferred).
Responsibilities include:
Requirement Gathering & Lean Spec Document Creation: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather the business requirements for analytic, ensuring a clear understanding of reporting and/or project objectives.
Managing Service Requests and Azure DevOps Work Items: Work with the analysts, developers, and stakeholders to make sure work items are moving forward, working with owners/developers to remove obstacles, and ensure timely/clear communication with stakeholders.
Analyzing Projects: Develop, track, and analyze various project metrics to identify process improvements and measure the impact of the HR Reporting & Analytics team.
Migrating Reports into Production: Once reports are created in the development environment, the analyst will be responsible for migrating them into production and verifying with the stakeholders that the reports are functioning as expected.
Maintain and Develop Power Automate Flows: Maintain current power automate flows that are connected to DevOps and develop new flows that will help track metrics, communicate more effectively with stakeholders, and improve process efficiencies.
Process Documentation and Mapping: Maintain, document, and create process flows for regulatory, SOx control, and to improve department efficiencies.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or a related field. Business or related discipline required and a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience. In lieu of Bachelor's degree (preferred), minimum 7 years relevant work experience is required.
