Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry.  We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need.  Currently we have 60+ labs throughout the country.  We are seeking to fill an opportunity at NDX for a Full Time Human Resources Generalist. This position will be based in the corporate office in Jupiter, FL 

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for potential team members, as needed
  • Provides comprehensive employee relations support, guidance and coaching, corrective action counseling, and exit interviewing
  • Participate in On-Boarding process and ensure paperwork is completed accurately (W-4, I-9, etc.)
  • Communicates accurate information and supports team members in the understanding and utilization of their company benefits
  • Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending courses of action
  • Be liaison for compensation related requests.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; and advising management on needed actions
  • Update job knowledge by participating in education opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations
  • Maintain up-to-date job descriptions
  • Manage and Implement the Learning Management System through UKG. Conduct and evaluate training; maintain training plans
  • Regularly evaluate performance appraisals and make recommendations when appropriate
  • Participate in special projects
  • All other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Required: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • A Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in a HR related field
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a HR Generalist role, which includes recruiting and behavioral interviewing, training and development in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience with multi-state and multi-site representation preferred
  • PHR certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license; maintain an acceptable driving record
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and Visio
