Description: Our client is currently seeking a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• A growing consumer products company located in the Atlanta area is currently searching for an HR Manager. To be considered, you should have 5+ years as an HR Manager in manufacturing and a degree is highly preferred. In this role, you will report to the HR Director and be responsible for recruiting, payroll, benefits, leaves and enforcement of policy. In addition, the person will conduct performance appraisals for staff as well as conduct safety training and other trainings. In addition, work with executive team in investigations and terminations. The person will also conduct new hire orientations and training on HR Matters including benefits, disciplinary, investigations, performance and more. Qualifications & Requirements:

• DEGREE PREFERRED
• 5+ YEARS OF HR MANAGEMENT DESIRED
• MANUFACTURING/DISTRIBUTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
