Learning Specialist

We are seeing an experienced Learning Program Manager that will be responsible for leading, and implementing innovative training programs, resources and experiences. The role will partner with key stakeholders across the business and the Learning team to develop and deliver learning solutions, customize for local needs, and ensure successful program execution.

Description

• Oversee and manage the execution of learning program project and compunction plans by collaborating across stakeholders and learning team members, and mange vendor relationships/contracts, refine content.
• Work across a global team to ensure learning delivery is per set guidelines at a regional or local level
• Manage participant and facilitator/instructor resources and partner with stakeholders to maintain up-to-date content and support adherence to best practices for quality deliverables
• Facilitate and produce live and digital learning.
• Leverage social connect technology for the creation and management of cohort-based learning programs
• Partner across the learning team and subject matter experts to refine and adjust learning programs
• Collaborate on guidelines that will define best practices for ongoing program management of various learning experiences.
• Partner across the learning team to monitor learning effectiveness by collecting learning feedback from participants and stakeholders and align with learning KPI Create relevant training metrics reports and develop improvement plans and program recommendations where needed.
• Keep abreast of emerging learning best practices and industry trends and sharing with the team as well as applying them to the learning experience space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required;
• 8+ years of relevant work experience;
• Excellent task and project management skills with experience coordinating and implementing training programs;
• Demonstrated proficiency of learning theory and methodology;
• Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with project team members and distributed; stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate deliverables;
• Confirmed ability to analyze problems and solve them creatively;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information;
• Ability to partner with, stakeholders, colleagues and managers to ensure needed business outcomes.
• Professional Services knowledge preferred.
