Our client, a prominent financial services organization in Ft. Washington, is looking for a Portfolio Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you'll be the vital link between policy owners and life insurance companies, ensuring seamless communication and accurate implementation of changes post-policy sale.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of administrative support or office coordination experience (including internships).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; basic knowledge of Excel.

The Job:

• Serve as a liaison between clients and vendors, ensuring accurate implementation of changes and contract accuracy.
• Analyze sales processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with the team to solve problems creatively on a client-to-client basis.
• Collect and record intricate financial and policy-based data.
