Position Overview:

Quantum Leap is a multi-year project that will standardize, transform, and enable Motiva's systems and business processes. With S4/HANA implementation as a catalyst, the project will engage the business to advance Motiva's competitiveness and increase our business advantage even further beyond our industry peers. This transformation will impact Motiva's success over the next 10-20 years.

The Hydrocarbon Value Chain Workstream Lead is responsible for the delivery of the Quantum Leap project objectives within the Hydrocarbon Value Chain (HVC) workstreams and related sub-workstreams. The HVC Workstream Lead covers all end-to-end (E2E) work processes for hydrocarbons including:

• Leading the Planning and Optimization of the supply chain
  
• Handling the Scheduling and Deal Entry of purchases, sales, and exchanges
  
• Managing Market Risk and Pricing
  
• Executing Actualization and Settlement
  
• Ensuring fuels Supply Reliability
  
• Assuring enhanced Business Performance
  

The role is responsible for serving as the "voice of the business" through transformation and project implementation while also inspiring a positive change management approach throughout the organization. The successful candidate for this role is expected to have 3-5 direct reports.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a leader for the Quantum Leap Transformation
  
• Identify opportunities to transform Motiva's Hydrocarbon Value Chain business.
  
• Maintain oversight of the E2E hydrocarbon value chain within Quantum Leap
  
• Coordinate project activities with Quantum Leap System Integrator counterparts
  
• Assure the on-time and effective delivery of fit-for-purpose project deliverables.
  
• Collaborate on and implement Quantum Leap's Organizational Change Management plan.
  
• Identify and deliver Commercial business KPIs.
  
• Work collaboratively with counterparts across the Quantum Leap Business Transformation team to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Promote a culture of results delivery, collaboration, integrity, and mutual respect throughout the corporate office and manufacturing complex, consistent with Motiva's values.
  

Experience and Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  
• 12+ years of experience working as a hydrocarbon supply chain professional.
  
• 8+ years of experience working with hydrocarbon Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems solutions.
  
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering impactful results.
  
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to cultivate strong professional relationships across all organizational levels.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with SAP hydrocarbon systems and related applications.
  

Physical Requirements:

• Include physical abilities that are essential for performance of duties.
  
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas (respirator, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, heeled boots, and hearing protection)
