Relationship Manager - Hyperspace

Location: US National (Hybrid or Remote)

Computershare has a fantastic opportunity for experienced Relationship Manager to join our growing team and develop a deep understanding of our industry leading platform, tools, and services, EquatePlus. North America Employee Plans is currently undertaking a large-scale extensive program (Hyperspace) to enhance our clients and their participant experience by migrating them from our legacy platforms to our innovative employee equity and ESPP platform,. Over the next year, there is a possibility that requires you to allocate time supporting this initiative. Your assistance will contribute to ensuring a seamless transition for our clients as they migrate to the new platform.

A role you will love

Major Responsibilities:

  • Consult with Plans clients and prospective clients to understand their needs to co-create solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners across multiple functions to create consistent client and participant experiences.
  • Resolve client issues and documents service incidents, follows up with internal business units to secure responses and shares results with the Client and Senior Management
  • Plan and deliver captivating demonstrations of EquatePlus, tools and services.
  • Transition to RM role to manage a portfolio of accounts upgraded to EquatePlus.
  • Perceived as a thought leader by senior client executives. Facilitates the development of a growth vision for the overall success of the portfolio of clients.
  • Deepen existing relationships and nurture new relationships with key stockholders within accounts who are recommenders and influences to the decision maker.
  • Seeks client feedback on the team's performance. Follows up on agreed actions and ensures team members meet their commitments.
  • Upsell new products/tools/services and increasing the product adaptation rates and retaining accounts.
  • Shadow Hyperspace team members to get acquainted with client engagement upgrade tasks and client's post upgrade needs/solution.

As an expert in customer service and sales with a focus on client success, you will be the guiding hand as we deliver solutions to for our Hyperspace accounts.

Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience working in a customer success or relationship management role, including working with executive contacts, securing renewals and a proven upselling track record.
  • Ability to use your unparalleled insights on the equity plan industry "best practices" to partner with companies HR, Compensation, Stock Plan Administration and Legal Teams who are responsible for managing and administer all aspects of the company executive long-term and short-term incentive program and board-based programs.
  • Strategic development, planning and prioritization skills.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and presentation skills.
  • Exhibits outstanding emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to work across organizations.
  • Desire to roll your sleeves up and work with your teammates.
  • Self-motivated and a history of self-improvement/inspiration.
  • Bachelor's degree, CEP designation preferred.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $120,000 - $135,000 and includes a variable incentive program for upsells. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
