RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in the San Antonio, TX area is looking for an Information Development Specialist to join their team.Duties include:

• Information Development Specialist reviews all new service requests for completeness and order creation including all Commercial and Residential work types
• Responsible for all frontline inquiries regarding the status of current jobs in the queue
• As an Information Development Specialist, you will answer questions on to how to start new service for various construction projects, how to get an address, how long the process takes, inspection requirements, cost estimates and availability of service from numerous individual residential and commercial customers, engineers, and developers
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a customer service setting
• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
