RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking an Instructional Designer. Responsibilities:

• In this role, the Instructional Designer creates, maintains, and updates content for training events and programs
• Measures the impact of learning interventions and prepare reports on their effectiveness
• Serves as a consultant and initial signoff within Learning and Development to provide feedback to team members on existing or newly created content
• Develop tools and materials such as decks, participant guides, instructor-led and Virtual training elements for synchronous and asynchronous learning
• The Instructional Designer will support the leadership team in proactively identifying opportunities for content quality measurement and improvements
• Ensure content creation contributes to a positive and meaningful learning experience with clear learning objectives aligning with measurable outcomes
• Execute creative and tactical updates to branded content for the team
• Support the design and creative needs of the integrated talent development team with a primary focus leadership development
• The Instructional Designer will work with content owners on storyboard presentations and learning experiences

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• 5+ years of design experience - proven high level of multimedia and presentation design is a must; Brand identity design and experience designing in the social commerce channel is a plus
• Creative and conceptual thinker that can turn great ideas into designed creative content that helps drive revenue goals
• Expertise in Articulate 360 or other content authoring tools
• Expertise in presentation design tools: PowerPoint and Keynote; Knowledge of Prezi is a plus
• Some knowledge of motion graphics and interaction design is preferred
• Strong knowledge of graphic design standards, typography, and editing
• Communicates effectively and concisely in all email and verbal correspondence
• Flexible with design direction and ability to positively respond to feedback
• Self-disciplined and motivated in an environment that requires strong attention to detail
• Ability to view work across media holistically and with brand consistency is a must
• Ability to multitask and positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment
