- Associates in this role provide unlicensed customer support in fulfilling certificates of insurance, report, and carrier redirect requests received via phone or digital channels.
- Provide agency support through processing broker of record and benefit enrollment confirmations and updating our agency managed systems at time of renewal.
- Develop and maintain effective written and verbal communication to ensure satisfaction and world class service.
- Assist with other administrative initiatives to support the agency as needed.
- Achieve and maintain agreed upon levels of service.
