An Am Law 100 law firm is looking for an Intellectual Property Paralegal to join their team out of their Chicago, IL office.
Responsibilities:
- File global patent portfolios
- Communicate with foreign agents and USPTO employees
- Organize patent files and manage docket deadlines
- Due diligence, legal research, and data compilation
- MUST have 5+ years of intellectual property experience in a law firm setting
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Chicago, IL
- Team player, solid communication skills, interest in bringing your creativity and passion to work
- Experience with both patent and trademark & proficient in ePCT
- Knowledge of both domestic and foreign intellectual property processes and policies
- Expert in Microsoft programs
