Your Opportunity

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Engineering Aide Intern in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the NDE Solutions Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit, which specializes in developing custom remotely controlled, robotic manipulators and controllers and the associated visual, ultrasonic, or eddy current inspection techniques needed to inspect nuclear reactor plant components. Your work will include utilizing a Microsoft Access database, inputting technical documentation, and suggesting / implementing continuing improvements to the database. The work will require frequent interaction with other members of the organization to properly categorize the information prior to input into the database and to solicit feedback from the end users of the database to determine areas for improvement. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $17.00 - $22.12 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
