I.

JOB SUMMARY:




The Inventory Associate position is responsible for scanning finished products and making sure that all labels are properly placed on the product.


II.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:




· Core job responsibility is to scan all finished products

· Verify that the correct label is placed on the product

· Responsible for capturing and retuning any products that have an incorrect label

· Responsible for counting the products from the parts bag department.

· Responsible for running end of day report accounting all products scanned

· Turn in all reports to Inventory Control Clerks for verification

· Responsible for adjusting any errors made

· Consistently deliver the best in customer service. As an employee, demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with customers, visitors and other employees.

· Champion RSI’s mission, vision and values; comply with the policies and procedures, ethical standards and code of conduct set forth by the company.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:




Education:



High School Diploma or equivalent is required






Experience:

0 – 6 months








Skills:

Ability to comprehend and follow instructions

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to work independently and as a team player

Ability to assess and prioritize work load.

Must have strong attention to detail

Manufacturing warehouse environment with occasional temperature changes and frequent noise

Scanning Gun, Printers, Computers

Constant standing, walking, grasping with eye/hand/food coordination
