iSalus Healthcare, part of the EverHealth vertical in EverCommerce, is seeking a Customer Success Analyst to join our team. The Customer Success Analyst works closely with clients to train them on the iSalus product suite, and follow-up to ensure that they are using the products effectively.

iSalus Healthcare is a leading provider of EMR and Practice Management software and services for the specialty physician practice marketplace. We provide highly configurable, customized solutions for specialty physician practices, along with Revenue Cycle Management solutions and a unique Chronic Care Management offering for clients nationwide.

EverHealth includes a range of market-leading products like Updox, iSalus Healthcare, CollaborateMD, AlertMD, MDTech and eProvider Solutions.

Where:

iSalus Healthcare is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, and EverHealth and EverCommerce offices are found throughout the U.S. and Canada. It's strongly preferred for this role to be based out of Indianapolis.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to clients to troubleshoot issues, review work flows, and train/advise how certain system functions work
  • Set up new products/features with clients
  • Receive and work EMR/iScheduler/scanning/reporting tickets until completion, and assist with incoming support calls/case assignment
  • Troubleshooting and report system errors to Development
  • Submit enhancement requests to Product
  • Communicate with the clearinghouse

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or customer success role in the SaaS space
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize incoming client issues
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) or other healthcare software is a plus
