* Job Title:* IT Help Desk Manager
* Location:* Minneapolis, MN (on-site position)
* Salary:* $60K - $75K
* Requirements:* A.S. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field / Expertise in IT Systems, Licenses, Upgrades, and System Architecture

What You Will Be Doing - Maintain, repair and upgrade the operating system including hardware and software
- Oversee technicians within department and provide performance management
- Manage departmental budget
- Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures
- Set up and manage accounts and workstations
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Provide end-user support, as needed
What You Need for this Position - 3+ years experience in an IT Administrator or Manager-type position
- 3+ Windows Administration experience (laptops, desktops, monitoring, user management)
- Strong knowledge of VMware
- Experience overseeing technicians and IT personnel
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Networking (wired and wireless)
