RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tarrytown, NY that is seeking two experienced IT Project Managers for a 2-year contract position managing a Windows 10 Rollout-upgrade. This position is Hybrid-4 days a week onsite, no exceptions.REQUIREMENTS:
- BS/BA degree in Information Technology or related field and minimum 10+ years of relevant experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Candidates must have extensive experience managing Windows upgrades and rollouts as well as extensive experience in a Pharmaceutical GXP environment, preferably in a Laboratory environment
- Proven experience leading successful strategic initiatives in a large, matrixed organization
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Project Management, SDLC, PM Tools and Processes, Enterprise systems
- A proven track record of high quality, successful, on time and on budget delivery of major projects
- A strong understanding of Enterprise systems and IT Infrastructure is essential
- Broad business acumen and understanding of software development processes is essential
- Having the technical knowledge in addition to the project manager skillset would make this person successful
- Additional technical skillset in laboratory equipment including software (upgrades, installation, qualification, change controls, etc.); This program is being run in a GXP environment, so it is critical that the project manager has that understanding
- Excellent Communication (Verbal and Written), analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrates the ability to think creatively and independently to solve problems and complete projects
- Excellent customer service focus orientated
- Ability to facilitate effective team interaction
- Ability to work with different cross-functional stakeholders across regions is desirable
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
