Late Shift Customer Service Representative

Job Description

- outbound calls to current patients and customers - 250/day

- setting patients up for their annual visits

- documenting and scheduling in system - must be tech savvy

- need to be efficient and comfortable with repetitive process of phone calls

- can use a script if you want but don't need to

- dealing with older clientele, so being friendly and patient is important

- must have some customer service, calling,or sales experience - but entry-level

- Resolve patient issues in a timely manner, which may require research and follow up.

• - Update patient records as appropriate to ensure accurate patient files are maintained.
• - Educate patients on company programs and services
• - Collaborate onprojects as necessary
