The Lead Application Architect designs and develops IT applications architecture solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards. The Lead Application Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

The Lead Application Architect performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications. Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent applications. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.

Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

  • Design, Implementation and maintenance of a Salesforce Health Cloud-based solutions.
  • Manage Cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
  • Support a cross-functional development agile team to deliver technical solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Development of software, code reviews, supporting devops/code deployment and testing.
  • Work with engineering team to implement cloud-based solutions.
  • Deep understanding of compute, storage, network, and security on Azure or GCP.
  • Develop best practices for development processes. Integrate solutions in a multi-vendor environment, including SaaS environments.
  • Define and set development, test, release and support processes for DevOps.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 8+ years of technical hands-on experience with design and Architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience with Design, Implementation and maintenance of a Salesforce Health Cloud-based solutions using declarative and Lightning Web Component.
  • Experience in delivering and deploying cloud native data solutions on one of the public cloud providers such GCP, Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with integrating solutions in a multi-vendor environment, including SaaS environments.
  • Expertise in Cloud monitoring, enterprise logging/tracing tools like Splunk/Dynatrace and IBM MQ/Kafka Messaging queue technologies.
  • 5+ years or more experience with Agile process, SOA, Web APIs & micro-services.
  • Proficient in C# or Java, Python, GCP or Azure technologies.
  • Experience in relational databases like SQL Server, Heroku and document based NoSQL database like MongoDB.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking and internet protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and distributed networks. Experience/good exposure to Hybrid cloud model.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Salesforce, Azure/GCP or Mulesoft will be a plus.
  • Experience working with major electronic health record (EHR), FHIR and HL7 Standards.
  • Exposure to Clinical module in Healthcare domain. Knowledge in Utilization Management will be plus.
