What we're looking for:

As the team lead within the Citrix+ Wrike Sales Engineering organization, you are responsible for many of the day-to-day aspects of team organization, monitoring opportunity requests from the sales team and allocating those responsibilities to the team, as well as onboarding and ramping new team members. You will be viewed as the focal point for activity, ensuring we are positioning our sales partners for successfully moving deals forward, and assessing strengths and weaknesses of the team and its individuals. While you will not have direct management requirements, you will be expected to understand the needs of both the team as a whole as well as the individuals comprising the team. You will also carry an individual workload contributing to the most complex sales opportunities and collaborating with sales and technical resources to bring the right skills to the table ensuring we are poised for success. You will be called upon to contribute to cross-functional projects and ensure the Sales Engineering voice is heard and respected within the company. This position is a remote role, and can be located anywhere listed in US.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead team meetings and ensure work is appropriately allocated across the team, taking into account bandwidth, expertise, any geographical concerns

- Stand as the technical liaison between sales (and sales opportunities) and internal technical teams with whom we collaborate to make our customers successful

- Contribute to sales scripts, lead customer discovery, implement prototypes, share knowledge expertise, and guide solution development/deployment

- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFPs

- Communicate customer requirements and potential competitor solutions. Provide a strong technical response in aid to customer needs

- Building and configuring API integrations between Wrike and other solutions, such as BI, ERP, CRM, DAM, ITSM solutions etc.

- Educate technical and architectural concepts to a variety of audiences, including developers, architects, and IT professionals

- Keep current on product releases and new features, assist in training new hires and colleagues.

- Document and deliver both product feedback and new requirements from the field

- Contribute to evolving the onboarding program and educational content to help new SEs ramp quickly

- Mentor other SEs in navigating complex deals, demo environments, POCs, etc. to ensure the success of the team as a whole.

- Partner with Sales Enablement to help develop training and continuing education content for both SEs and sales representatives across NA/EMEA/APAC

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in a customer facing environment

- Masters in business or equivalent
- 8+ years Hands on experience with one or more EA frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience successfully demonstrating and articulating value of SaaS, Collaboration, Work Management and Project Management Solutions
- Strong customer facing skills; ability to influence users, technical and executive audiences.
- Savvy presentation and demonstration skills, fluidly and simply translating complex technology concepts
- Advocate for team selling, partnering with sales to qualify opportunity and align key customer stakeholders
- Strong experience in using project management methodologies such as Agile, PMI, Lean
- Passion for Collaboration, Work Management and Project Management Solutions, a philosophy of using technology to help tackle business problems
- Keen analytical and problem solving skills
- Curiosity to learn and assimilate information quickly, passion to share with and teach others
- Experience in delivering multiple $1m+ deals to IT PPM/PMO, CMO and PS.
- Strong Solution & Value selling experience
- Experience in driving innovation as a way to increase efficiency and revenue.
- Experience in Integration platforms, web services and API technology. Validated experience in integrating multi-vendor IT systems
- 30% travel (post-covid when we are back to regular travel)
