Lead Software Engineer *Job Title:* Lead Software Engineer

We are a high-growth startup in the healthcare space (oncology). We're helping to change the way doctors evaluate patients with our clinical decision support platform! What You Will Be Doing This role reports directly to our Senior Director of Software Engineering.

This isn't your normal software engineering position where you're restricted to working on one small portion of a company's technology. You'll play a major role in the whole development lifecycle, from design to production. No single day is the same, so if you enjoy working on variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, then this role will allow you to use you full skill-set in a meaningful way.

Main responsibilities include:
- Build, test, release and maintenance of the entire development process
- Understand user-requirements and translate into effective solutions
- Ensure quality through unit tests, automation and code reviews
- Mentoring fellow team members as needed
What You Need for this Position - C#
- ASP.NET
- Visual Studio
- Angular.js
- Web APIs
- SQL Server
- Azure
- Experience mentoring/leading teams
- Experience working on healthcare projects is a MAJOR plus
