• Responsibilities. Participate in relevant aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including planning, construction, testing, reviews, and demonstrations. Develop, package, configure and deploy software programs and data structures that meet objectives. Collaborate with clients, Product Managers, Architects, and Analysts to develop and review software requirements and designs. Automate build, deployment, and test processes for application systems in production datacenters. Participate in the team's on-call rotation to address complex problems in real-time and keep services operational and highly available. Perform site reliability systems engineering tasks at enterprise scale in cloud and/or premise internet environments. Diagnose error logs and perform troubleshooting techniques to resolve operational issues. Configure monitoring/alerting and create operations dashboards.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of experience.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Software development or coding experience in: Python, Java, Bash scripting, C/C++, JavaScript, or Groovy; Deploy/Configure Public/Private Cloud based technology; Maintain/Enhance CI/CD toolchain; Install/Patch/Operate/Automate Linux/Unix/Docker Resources; Setup/Maintain Monitors/Alerts/Dashboards; Setup security/roles; Design and implement solutions that provide high availability, load balanced, scalable application components; and Provide on-call support for 24x7 production systems.
