Job Description:


The Department of Psychology at Salve Regina University invites applications for a one-year full-time lecturer position to teach a 4:4 course load to begin in Fall 2024. The successful candidate will be able to teach undergraduate introductory and special topics courses. High need for Theories of Personality, Theories of Counseling, Psychological Diagnoses in Sociocultural contexts, Cross-Cultural Psychology, Child Development, Adult and Aging Development and special topics in their areas of expertise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Responsibilities include teaching, maintaining productive research and scholarship, advising undergraduate students, and participating in service at the university, local, and national levels.



Requirements:


  • Ph.D. in Psychology or related degrees
  • Ability to teach a diverse group of students
