Adams & Martin Group has partnered with an AM law firm who is seeking a strong Civil Litigation Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team. This Civil Litigation Legal Secretary will be supporting several attorneys from associate to partner level. The Civil Litigation Legal Secretary will work a balanced desk to ensure success and the firm offers a hybrid remote schedule after the initial probation period. The firm offers a competitive salary, PTO and benefits package along with a desirable working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 Years Experience as a Civil Litigation Legal Secretary
• Familiar with State & Federal Court Filings
• Calendar Management
• Ability to type at least 50 WPM
• Must have basic knowledge of all California legal terminology
• Must have basic legal terminology and experience applying legal citations to firm documents
• Familiar with redlining pleading and correspondence
• Working knowledge of time entry
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Styles & Tables)

Salary: $75-90K BOE
