COVID Vaccination Requirement
Consistent with long-standing practices requiring health care workers to be vaccinated against serious infectious diseases for the safety of patients and staff, Centra will require COVID-19 vaccinations for all new and current employees and those who work in Centra facilities as a condition of their employment. If hired to work at Centra, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination or be willing to receive the vaccination. Medical and religions exemptions may be requested.
The Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) is responsible for development, implementation, and administrative and clinical supervision of assigned program and services. This position supervises staff in the autism program at one site location.
Masters Degree in human services, education, psychology, counseling, social work or related field. Supervisory experience in a school or community-based setting serving individuals with disabilities. Experience in settings using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior (VB). Demonstrated knowledge of autism and the challenges and opportunities available to this population of children.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Actively licensed or licensed eligible as Behavior Analyst by the Virginia Board of Medicine. If license eligible, must obtain active Behavior Analyst Virginia Board of Medicine license within 60 days of hire.
A Virginia State Driver's license with a Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) record in good standing, per Centra guidelines is required. When driving a Centra-owned vehicle, Centra is the primary insurer. When driving a privately-owned vehicle for work, personal insurance attached to the vehicle is the primary insurance; Centra insurance will supplement for catastrophic events. Centra will review DMV records annually and verify personal insurance as needed.
