Litigation Paralegal

National law firm in Uptown Charlotte is looking for a Litigation Paralegal. Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm. Direct hire. Pay $65-75K.

Responsibilities

• The Litigation Paralegal is responsible for assisting attorneys during the litigation process.
• Obtaining and managing client documents
• Perform administrative duties, such as calendar hearings, court and discovery deadlines.
• Assist with preparing motions for summary judgment
• Assist with trial preparation and conducting online research
• Willing to help other departments as needed

Requirements

• Prior Litigation experience required
• Experience working with various attorneys
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Technical skills including Microsoft Office
