A prominent, reputable law firm in Culver City that specializes in Mesothelioma is seeking an EXPERIECNED litigation paralegal with a minimum of 3 + years of experience to join their team that is temp to hire. $40/hour and $80-$90K upon hire (DOE). A litigation paralegal plays a crucial role in supporting attorneys and legal teams during the various stages of litigation. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of legal processes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment. The litigation paralegal assists in the preparation, management, and coordination of legal documents and case-related activities.

Job Description:
-Litigation Paralegal experience (1-3 years)
-Draft discovery, pleadings, complaints (various legal documents)
-Experienced calendaring (deadlines)
-Experienced preparing for trial
-E-Filing for state & federal courts
-Someone reliable that will work on-site at their Culver City office
-Someone with the right personality that wants to grow with the firm long term
-Someone easy to work with and gets along well with others, strong attention to detail and can multi-task
-Good Verbal and written skills (correspondence)
-Comfortable working in a fast pace environment
