Prominent personal injury law firm in Encino has an immediate need for a Litigation Paralegal to join their growing practice. The ideal Litigation Paralegal candidate will posses 3 - 4+ years of personal injury experience, in-depth understanding of California rules of civil procedure, and excellent communication skills.

The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing written discovery requests and response, coordinating document productions, drafting various legal documents (pleadings, complaints, etc.), filing/e-filing with state courts, tracking deadlines, and assisting with trial prep (preparing exhibits, witness lists, etc.).

The firm has been growing steadily over the past year and is looking for someone who can assist with the current workload who also has a desire to grow and take on more as the firm continues to grow.

Compensation range: $30 - $40/hour depending on experience.
